Epi Skinis

Respect. Diversity. True Connection.
This is the stage we build — together.

Welcome to Epi Skinis
A Greek-speaking theatre community in Switzerland

🎭 The stage is yours — and ours.
Epi Skinis is not just a school or a theatre group.
It is a living space of creation, expression and connection for Greek-speaking adults, teenagers and children in Switzerland.

We offer theatre classes, performances, workshops and a welcoming space for anyone who wants to explore their voice, their body, and their stories — on and off the stage.

From Zurich to Lucerne, Lausanne, Basel and Geneva, we open new doors to community and creativity.

" We do not do theater for theater. We do not make theater to live. "We make theater to enrich ourselves, the audience that watches us and all together to help create a broad, mentally rich and whole culture in our country."

Karolos Koun, 1908-1987, The Founder of the Art Theater

" An actor must burn inside with apparent comfort outside."

Anton Chekhov, 1860-1904, Russian writer

" The world is a theatrical stage and everyone, men and women, are just actors. They have their inputs and their outputs. And every person in his time plays many roles, as the acts where he appears are the seven ages ''.

William Shakespeare, 1564-1616, English playwright

The main feature of the great actor is that he really likes himself when he plays a role.

Charlie Chaplin, 1889-1977, British actor

' ' I love acting. It's much more real than life. "

Oscar Wilde, 1854-1900, Irish author

"When you stand on the stage of a theater, you must have the feeling that you are addressing the entire world and that what you say, the entire world must hear."

Stella Adler

"Better to perform in front of empty chairs than in front of empty faces."

Alec Guinness

"Theater is a verb rather than a noun, an action rather than a place."

Martha Graham
